Everything creators
usually ask.

No. Our representation is fully non-exclusive. You can continue to work with other agencies, managers, or brands directly. We are additive income, not a lock-in. The standard agreement also allows either side to cancel with 30 days written notice.
Nothing. Zero retainer, zero setup fee, zero monthly cost. We are 100% commission-only. If we do not bring you a paid deal, we do not get paid. Our entire business model is finding you revenue.
We use a phased structure. Your first couple of deals are 15 to 20%, below market, to prove value. Deals 3 to 5 settle into a 25% industry-standard rate. Deal 6 and beyond step back down to 20 to 25% as a loyalty reward. Exact rate depends on niche, deal size, and channel size, and is confirmed on the discovery call before you ever sign anything.
No. We only earn on deals we source and facilitate. Brands you find yourself, existing sponsors, affiliate codes you set up on your own, platform monetization like YouTube AdSense or Creator Fund, your merch, your courses, your live events, all 100% yours.
There is no strict minimum. We look at engagement, niche clarity, content quality, and audience trust. A focused creator with 15K deeply engaged followers often gets paid better per deal than a generalist with 500K passive followers. If your channel is clean, consistent, and niche, we can almost always find brands for it.
Only brands aligned with your content, audience, and values. We vet every sponsor before pitching you. Our approved verticals include tech, fashion, home decor, food, beauty, travel, education, lifestyle, parenting, and cultural content. You always review and approve any deal before anything moves forward.
Payment flows directly from the brand to you in most cases. Our commission is invoiced only after you are paid. Paid-when-paid, always. We never ask you to front commission on an unpaid deal, and we never delay your payment to collect ours.
Yes. Either side can terminate with 30 days written notice. Active deals in flight are completed under the original terms. Post-termination, we are only entitled to commission on deals already in active negotiation that close within 60 days, with a capped step-down after that. No perpetual claims on your future revenue.
Never. You retain 100% of the intellectual property in your content, name, image, likeness, and social accounts. Nothing in the agreement transfers any rights to us. We get a limited license to pitch you to brands during the term. That license ends when the agreement does.
